These Terms of Service govern your use of LFG Hub Bot on Discord. By adding or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

LFG Hub Bot is a Discord-based service that helps users find teammates, uses presence-based activity to recommend games and players, and creates LFG sessions and matchmaking features exclusively within Discord.

2. Eligibility

Users must meet Discord's minimum age requirement, comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and have permission to use the Bot in their servers. Server administrators authorize Bot installation.

3. User-Provided Information

Users may voluntarily provide age range, region/timezone, gaming platform, and preferred language(s). Users represent that provided information is accurate and current.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

Data practices follow the Privacy Policy. Usage involves collecting Discord identifiers, display information, presence and activity tracking via Discord APIs, and storing LFG participation data. The service does not access message content, voice audio, or external data.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Bot for unlawful purposes, exploit or reverse engineer it, harass others, provide false information, or circumvent safeguards. Access may be restricted for violations.

6. Server Administration & Moderation

Server owners and moderators control Bot usage within their servers. The provider bears no responsibility for user behavior or interactions and may enforce global restrictions.

7. Availability & Changes

The Bot is provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued anytime without notice. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Premium Features & Monetization

Premium features may be offered with disclosed pricing and terms. Payments process via Discord or third parties. No refunds are guaranteed unless legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to LFG Hub Bot, including code and branding, belong to the provider or licensors. Users cannot copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot lacks express or implied warranties, including fitness for purpose or matchmaking accuracy. Users assume all risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, user disputes, or indirect damages. Liability caps at amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

Access may be suspended for Terms violations, legal compliance, or service protection. Users may stop using anytime.

13. Governing Law

Terms are governed by European Union law or the operator's jurisdiction, without conflict-of-law application.

14. Changes to These Terms

Updates may occur. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
